Parekhs Hospital Private Limited has signed a binding agreement to sale to Gujarat Kidney & Super speciality Hospital (GKSH) as per DRHP filed by GKSH for it’s upcoming IPO. GKSH will be acquiring 100% of the Parekhs Hospital for a consideration of Rs. 79 Crore as reported to exchange.
Vora Corporate Finance acted as the Exclusive Financial Advisor for Parekhs Hospital in this M&A deal. This is one of the first large Hospital Mergers & Acquisitions transaction of Gujarat in recent years.
