Karan Vora has over 15 years of experience in deal making space. He handles Fund raising, Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions for the firm and deals with number of Mid and Large companies of Gujarat.
Earlier he was with Kotak Corporate Banking, Gujarat where he handled P&L responsibility for Asset Book of Rs. 550 Crore in large corporate space for the bank. He was instrumental for on boarding number of large companies for the bank with innovative structured transactions. He started his career as a Management Accountant with Indian Oil Corporation, Mumbai and was managing corporate finance, project finance and Final accounts for the number 1 ranked Fortune 500 Company of India. He managed capital budget of Rs. 8000 Crore for the company and managed project finance of all the major capital projects handled by ICO Marketing Division.
Mr. Vora is regularly invited as Guest faculty in Finance at ICAI Study circles, MBA Nirma University and MBA Shanti Business School to share his insights. His articles on capital markets are published every month by Ahmedabad C.A. Journal. He is council member of ISB Alumni Association Ahmedabad chapter and Chairman of Professional Development Committee of C.A. Association Ahmedabad for year 21-22.
Mr. Vora is a Chartered Accountant and has done PGP in Management (MBA) from ISB, Hyderabad (Indian School of Business is the highest ranking Indian school in Global MBA ranking by FT). He has completed his Masters and Graduation from H.L. College of Commerce, Ahmedabad.
Vipul Shah, based out of Mumbai, has over 30 years of professional experience in various facets of financial services with special emphasis on Corporate Banking, Equity Research, Capital markets and combining lending business with wealth management products with expertise in structured deals. Vipul Shah presently heads Crystal Path Capital Advisors since June 2010 and heads a small NBFC with Asset base of Rs 70 crores in Capital market and Real Estate. He gives advisory to the investment banking vertical of Vora Corporate Finance.
Earlier he has handled leadership role as a Head of NBFC business with HSBC Investdirect and IL&FS Investsmart. He joined IL&FS Investsmart (IIL) in 1999 and initiated various business verticals viz. IPO Distribution, IPO Financing, Internet Broking, Insurance Desk, Banking Alliance Channel and retail finance in capital market. Under his leadership, IIL established leadership position in capital market segment with peak lending exposure of Rs 3000 crores. Along with IL&FS, he built a book of Rs 500 crores prior to selling the business to HSBC. HSBC acquired IIL in May 2008, and during reshuffling of top management, Vipul was given independent charge of NBFC.
Vipul is a Chartered Accountant and holds Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Bombay University.
P. S. Vorasir is a professor of Accounts (12th Commerce) along with Prof S. S. Vorasir (12th Science) and has over 40 years of experience in academics. He is the founder of renown coaching classes Vora Institute. He handles the relationships with various HNIs, Promoters and heads of financial institutes.

Mr. Karan Vora was invited by WIRC of ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) to give lecture on Project Finance and Bank Funding to practicing Chartered Accountants. The lecture was held in AMA on 25th January 2020.
