There were 16 main board IPO in August including of Shanti Gold International Limited, Aditya Infotech Limited, Laxmi India Finance Limited, National Securities Depository Limited, Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Limited, M&B Engineering Limited, Highway Infrastructure Limited, JSW Cement Limited, All time Plastics Limited, Bluestone Jewellery and Lifestyle Limited, Regaal Resources Limited, Patel Retail Limited, Vikram Solar Limited, Gem Aromatics Limited, Shreeji Shipping Global Limited and Mangal Electrical Industries Limited against 13 main board IPOs in July 2025. Incorporated in 2016, Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited (BHVL) is the hospitality arm of Brigade Enterprises Limited, focused on owning and developing hotels across key Indian cities, primarily in South India. The company operates 9 hotels with 1,604 keys across Bengaluru, Chennai, Kochi, Mysuru, and GIFT City, managed by global brands such as Marriott, Accor, and InterContinental Hotels Group. Backed by Brigade Enterprises’ real estate expertise, BHVL delivers strong operating metrics with FY25 ARR of ₹6,694, occupancy of 76.8%, and RevPAR of ₹5,138, and is expanding its portfolio with five new hotels, including marquee projects like Grand Hyatt Chennai and a Ritz-Carlton wellness resort in Kerala. The company reported revenue of Rs. 468 crore in FY25, up 16% from Rs. 402 crore in FY24, while PAT declined 24% to Rs. 24 crore from Rs. 31 crore.

Funds Utilization

The IPO proceeds will be utilized for repayment/prepayment of borrowings, purchase of land from promoter BEL, pursuing inorganic growth opportunities and general corporate purposes.

IPO Performance

The Rs. 760 Crore IPO comprised of entirely fresh issue of 8.44 Crore shares. The issue was subscribed over 4.76 times, with Retail category subscribed the most at 6.83 times to the issue. Shares of Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited made a subdued debut on the bourses on 31st July, and got listed at Rs. 81 on NSE and Rs. 82 on BSE, i.e. a discount of 10% and 9% over the issue price of Rs 90.
