About the Company |
Incorporated in 1999, Epack Prefab Technologies Limited provides turnkey solutions for pre-engineered steel buildings and modular structures and insulation panels. It also manufactures EPS packaging products for insulation and consumer goods. As of March 31, 2025, the company operates 4 manufacturing facilities and three design centres, with pre-engineered steel capacity of 1,26,546 MTPA, sandwich insulated panel capacity of 5,10,000 SQM, and EPS packaging capacity of 8,400 MTPA. Segment-wise, the prefab business contributes 84% of revenue up from 72% in FY23 , while EPS packaging accounts for 16% down from 28% in FY23. The company reported revenue of Rs. 1,134 crore in FY25, up 25% from Rs. 905 crore in FY24, and posted a PAT of Rs. 59 crore compared to a net profit of Rs. 43 crore in the previous year. |

IPO Performance |
The Rs. 504 Crore IPO comprised of fresh issue of Rs. 300 Crore and OFS of Rs. 204 Crores. The issue was subscribed over 3.07 times, with QIBs subscribed the most at 5.10times to the issue. Shares of Epack Prefab Technologies Limited made a weak debut on the exchange but skyrocketed from Rs. 205 to over Rs. 300 by end of November after strong quarterly profit by the company. Company was trending at EV/EBITDA of over 24x at the end of November 2025. |
